If you have purchased insurance for a student's device and have already made an account, you will file a claim on the SDC website (https://schooldevicecoverage.com/) if damages occur. Once you are on the website's home page, you will select the options "I am a parent" and "File a claim" in the select boxes and Log in.
Please make sure to be detailed when filling out the damage description as it is required.
